Job summary

Daily client contact, MIS-based portfolio reviews, and collaboration with bankers are key. You will guide sales with risk insights, promote compliant processes, and drive improvements to enable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Credit role within banking.
• Minimum 5 years' experience collecting arrears or excess accounts.
• Strong understanding of credit risk principles and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage default accounts timeously by arranging repayment plans or handing over to Legal collections.
• Ensure audit readiness by enforcing bank policies and regulations.
• Prepare portfolio review presentations using MIS data.
• Advise on specialized credit risk matters to sales teams.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly feedback and status updates.
• Meet client expectations by resolving queries within target turnaround times.
• Build relationships with bankers by sharing upskilling advice on credit processes.
