Placements24 is seeking a sharp and analytical Credit Risk Analyst to join our finance team. This remote role focuses on evaluating creditworthiness, modeling risk, and advising on credit policies to minimize losses and support sustainable growth.

You will analyze financial statements, develop scoring models, monitor portfolio risk, and present proposals to the credit committee while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Credit Risk Analyst to join their finance team, operating remotely. This position is essential for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients, minimizing potential losses for the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk assessment models, monitoring portfolio risk, and advising on credit policies. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess credit risk.
• Develop and maintain credit scoring models and risk rating systems.

• Recommend credit limits, terms, and conditions based on risk assessment.
• Prepare credit approval memos and present credit proposals to the credit committee.
