Job summary

Atlas Finance in South Africa is seeking a client-focused loan officer to promote, process and assist applicants in securing credit loans while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Fulfilling monthly sales and collections targets, maintaining records and delivering professional service to customers, you will work from our Parys branch and leverage your micro lending frontline training plus Mathematical Literacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 required.
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in micro finance industry.
• Mathematical literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Meets monthly loan application sales targets by promoting Credit Loans and assisting customers.
• Meets monthly collections targets by following company procedures and following up on collections of loan installments.
• Accurately updates and maintains records and branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
