Job summary

Bkb-Ltd is seeking a Credit Controller to manage the debtors book and improve organizational credit activities. You will engage in credit applications, process payments, issue invoices, and maintain debtor communications to support timely collections.

The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties. A proficient level of Microsoft Office is assumed.

Qualifications

• Matric required with 5+ years in a debtors role.
• Experience with Syspro preferred and financial diploma helpful.
• Attention to detail and good numeracy essential.

Responsibilities

• Process credit applications and set credit limits.
• Handle payment receipts and invoicing.
• Manage debtors correspondence and follow up.
• Oversee external debt collection where needed.
• Prepare financial reporting related to debtors.
• Handle Ad Hoc accounting tasks as required.
