Job summary

Barloworld Equipment is seeking an organised Credit and Debtors/Sales Admin support to check machine master data in SAP, register machines, and create PRs and MIGO postings. You will compile month-end invoicing spreadsheets and coordinate export documents with Logistics for Swaziland.

The role requires attention to detail and experience in credit and debtors. Applicants should have Grade 12 and strong SAP, Excel and Outlook skills, plus the ability to work under month-end pressure.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• System knowledge including SAP, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• 3 years credit and debtors experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure (month end).

Responsibilities

• Clear documents to Logistics for exports to Swaziland.
