Qualifications

• Relevant Honours degree (Masters advantages) in Business or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant retail credit analysis experience.
• Experience with Behavioural analysis and Client journey mapping.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation including NCA and CPA.
• Experience in delivering products through stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to influence client behaviour and analyze client journeys.
• Design and maintain Credit profiling and behavioral tools.
• Engage stakeholders and report best practices.
• Implement and enhance tools in line with compliance.
• Manage projects related to credit analysis and assessment regulations.
