Placements24 is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser for our Centurion store in Gauteng. You will design eye-catching window and in-store displays, translate brand guidelines into compelling layouts, and collaborate with store teams to drive sales and brand cohesion.

The role requires a strong portfolio, expertise in color theory and space planning, and the ability to sketch mock-ups. You will work on seasonal campaigns and weekend openings, bringing visual storytelling to life.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising concepts and execution.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, and design principles.
• Proficiency in sketching and creating visual mock-ups.
• Knowledge of retail operations and sales drivers.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual stories.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Centurion.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as required for store openings/events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching window and in-store displays according to brand standards.
• Create compelling product layouts and merchandising strategies that maximize visual appeal and sales potential.
• Collaborate with the store management team to align visual merchandising with sales objectives and promotional campaigns.
