Job summary

The Good Human (Pty) Ltd is seeking a proactive Studio Coordinator to manage creative projects from brief through to final delivery. You will review briefs, confirm requirements, assets and deadlines, and allocate work according to priorities and team capacity.

You will maintain timelines and production schedules, monitor capacity, resolve delays, coordinate feedback with stakeholders, and support the Creative Director with meetings and follow-ups, while improving workflow and reporting on

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Relevant qualification in Design, Marketing, Communications or Project Management.
• At least three years' traffic or studio coordination experience.
• Experience in an agency, creative studio or marketing environment.
• Understanding of graphic design and production processes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Experience with project/workflow platforms is advantageous.
