Qualifications

• Ability to develop, plate, and present creative dishes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall kitchen operation with high quality, presentation, and execution.
• Oversee preparation and service of diverse menu influenced by Asian, Italian, American, and global trends.
• Develop recipes, standards, and SOPs; manage food costs and GP targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team; manage scheduling and operations.
