Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, or related field.
• Adobe or Figma certifications are advantageous.
• 2–4 years in graphic design or creative production with digital, social and print outputs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Experience with 3D software for product renders and animation preferred.
• Print production knowledge: CMYK, Pantone, bleed and file prep.
• Brand guidelines adherence and consistent CI across outputs.
• Excellent file management and asset organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepting and art direction across digital, social, and print.
• Manage design system and brand CI across all outputs.
• Design social assets, banners, and ecommerce visuals.</br>Note: 2D assets and 3D renders.
• Create 3D product renders and motion graphics for campaigns.
• Edit short form video content and apply colour grading.
• Retouch product photography and ensure colour consistency.
• Maintain master design library and asset governance.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to deliver on brand campaigns.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee production timelines.
