Job summary

Switch Consultants in Durban seeks a message whisperer to craft content and communications for our in-house agency. The role covers creative ideas, copy management, and digital marketing across internal and external channels.

You will develop campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing and other departments to deliver effective content solutions. A Diploma in Marketing/English/Communications and 4–6 years in copywriting or content management are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing Management/English/Communications with a focus on Digital, Copywriting, PR, Brand Strategy, or Journalism.
• 4–6 years experience in copywriting/content management or similar role.
• Experience in the world of Digital Marketing including Social Media and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and concepts across a variety of mediums for internal and external communication.
• Be responsible for communication elements executed by Marketing across channels.
• Maintain brand CI and DNA standards across all brands and media.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding design requirements and creative ideas.
