Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a skilled Cost/Management Accountant to join a plant-focused team in Gauteng. You will drive cost accounting, manage BOMs, and lead budgeting and forecasting to support production decisions.

The role requires a degree in finance or accounting, 5+ years in cost/management accounting, and strong analytical and commercial skills to collaborate with operations and non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in cost or management accounting.
• Manufacturing/plant experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of BOMs, WIP, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to work with operations and non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on proactive approach.

What you'll need:

• Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in Cost / Management Accounting
• Strong experience within a manufacturing, production or plant environment
• Solid understanding of BOMs, WIP, budgeting and forecasting
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• Ability to work closely with operations and non-financial stakeholders
• A hands-on, proactive approach - someone who isn't afraid to get into the detail!
