Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a cost/management accountant with strong costing, BOM analysis, and ERP experience in an agricultural production environment. You will manage standard costs, BOMs, and inventories while preparing analyses and reports for management action.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in agriculture, with a relevant graduate degree and CIMA preferred, plus strong analytical and communication skills to work with non-financial teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant graduate degree with CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural production.
• Experience with standard costing and BOM analysis.
• Syspro or similar ERP experience advantageous.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of capital application processes and standard costing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-financial teams.
• Proactive, confident and able to manage complex financial information.
• Strong team player with ability to take ownership.

Responsibilities
