The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, service and store operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will create and execute agile business plans, recruit and retain customers through in-store events and CRM, and develop the team to reach ambitious targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with business planning including setting sales targets, analysis, and scheduling.
• Experience in inventory management, facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment.

• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft office
