Manage a materials laboratory responsible for testing and evaluation of road construction materials; Ensure compliance with applicable standards, accreditation requirements and best practice; Drive continuous improvement and innovation in materials testing; Manage laboratory operations: Plan, schedule and control testing activities; Ensure compliance with testing standards, specifications and accreditation requirements; Maintain laboratory equipment, systems and quality controls; Review and approve test results and provide recommendations on material compliance.
