PwC is seeking a Manager in the Office of the General Counsel to oversee contracting, technology, IP and data protection. This role supports PwC’s client-facing and internal teams across Southern Africa, with a focus on mitigating contractual risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in SA, Botswana, Eswatini and Namibia.

You will review and negotiate SaaS, NDAs, client services and supplier agreements, while guiding cross-border data transfers and IP considerations in professional services

Responsabilités

• Review, draft and negotiate client contracts, supplier and service agreements.
• Provide data protection guidance and review processing agreements, incl. cross-border transfers.
• Advis e on tender conditions, RFPs and assess risks early in projects.
• Mentor team members and manage performance to meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities and uphold PwC values and professional standards.
