You will advise senior leadership, drive contract negotiations, and oversee disputes, ensuring regulatory and corporate governance alignment. A strong background in NEC, FIDIC, or bespoke contracts is valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior commercial/contractual roles on large infrastructure/energy projects.
• Strong governance, risk and dispute management experience.
• Experience advising executives and leading contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial and contractual leadership across major projects.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned to objectives.
• Lead negotiation of complex contracts, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Advise project directors on contractual, risk and commercial issues.
• Oversee dispute resolution and engage legal advisors.
