Formación

• A relevant legal qualification (e.g., LLB) with 4–6 years of experience in contract law and compliance.
• Familiarity with general contract principles and regulatory frameworks in South Africa.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, service level agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure company-wide adherence to relevant legislation, policies, and industry standards.
• Assist in developing and updating compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into compliance-related issues.
• Provide guidance on contractual terms and regulatory requirements to business units.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and compliance documentation.
