Fidelity Services Group is seeking a diligent Security Officer on a 3-month contract to safeguard premises and personnel. You will monitor activities, control access, respond to emergencies, and maintain a visible, reassuring presence.

The role requires a Grade C Psira certificate, a proven security background, strong observational and communication skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• Grade C Psira certificate required.
• Proven track record in a security-related role or similar capacity.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively in crisis situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and detect security violations.
• Control access to premises by screening visitors and issuing identification badges.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting investigations and reporting findings.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities and any unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during incidents.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any issues for repair.
