• LLB degree required.
• 2–4 years’ experience in legal advisory or contract management.
• Knowledge of SA regulatory environment, especially financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle from drafting to execution, renewals, and archiving.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain an organized contract database and filing system with timely updates.
• Diaries and monitor key contract dates and milestones with reminders.
• Prepare and present contract status reports, renewals, and compliance metrics to senior management.
• Draft, review, and update contract templates and legal documents with Senior Legal Specialist.
• Conduct legal research and support small legal projects as needed.
• Assist with SLAs, confidentiality agreements, and tender contracts.
