The Content Publishing & Web 2.0 Specialist will be responsible for building web properties and social profiles on hosted, no-code platforms, publishing supplied content, and meticulously documenting all assets for tracking. This role supports online reputation management campaigns by creating positive and authority articles and ensuring accurate asset logging.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and configure Web 2.0 sites on hosted platforms following setup procedures.
• Set up social profiles across multiple platforms, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Connect finished assets to campaigns according to checklists for tracking readiness.
• Publish positive and authority articles to owned and Web 2.0 properties using supplied content.
• Apply on-page SEO steps including titles, formatting, images, internal links, and anchors as specified.
• Ensure each published asset is live, correctly formatted, and rendering cleanly.
• Log every asset, including live URL, platform, login, and status, for downstream tracking.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records across the client base.
• Flag any assets that fail to publish, are taken down, or require rebuilding.
