Reporting to the Group Head: Cross-Platform Customer Growth, you will shape copy across channels, manage content calendars, and develop CRM content that aligns with the customer journey, metrics and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in content, copy or brand roles.
• Proven track record owning a brand's visual identity across channels.
• Strong copywriting and content strategy across formats including UX copy.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Active social media presence and platform understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own overarching content marketing and narrative strategy for TakealotMORE and ecosystem.
• Write and oversee copy for channels including performance marketing, email, social, app UX.
• Manage content across off-platform channels using editorials and advertorials.
• Lead content calendar, using AI to schedule, draft and manage versions.
• Build AI agents/tools to support copy creation and scalable content production.
• Monitor content impact on acquisition, retention and lifecycle emails.
• Collaborate with design to maintain visual identity and templating standards.
• Report on engagement, ROI, traffic and brand metrics; run A/B tests.
