Consumer Experience Digital Lead Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy Mondelēz social & digital strategy (owned & earned content & platforms) across brands.
  • Lead agencies and internal resources to deliver high‑quality end‑to‑end social media content and conversations.
  • Optimize current efforts and bring new insights through innovation, creative thinking and data‑driven optimization.
  • Drive exceptional community management, governance and platform enablement.
  • Champion data privacy and CRM strategy, delivering omni‑channel campaigns and actionable insights.
  • Measure, analyze and report performance KPIs, informing continuous improvement.

  • Media buying & analytics experience across agency and industry.
  • Digital media expertise with e‑commerce best practice exposure.
  • Strong partner influence with local, regional and global stakeholders.
  • Test‑and‑learn mentality, scaling learnings broadly.

Education / Certifications
  • Relevant tertiary degree (Marketing, Communications or Public Relations) or equivalent.
  • Digital marketing background, building brands in a digital ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with native social media analytics and platform management (e.g., Facebook Business Manager).
  • Minimum 6+ years in social media, influencer marketing, CRM, content creation and strategy.
Leadership & Functional Competencies
  • Passion for digital marketing and value creation.
  • Strong team leadership, strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent presentation skills and agency management experience.
