• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters.
• Maintain accurate customer details in the CRM and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Develop relationships with allocated potential customers and provide first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks per procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals.
