The ideal candidate has proven supervision experience on road projects, strong leadership and reading of engineering plans, and solid knowledge of health and safety practices.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent infrastructure development company, is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee road and infrastructure projects in the Nelspruit area. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires a practical understanding of civil engineering works, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively coordinate labour and resources to ensure efficient project execution within the Mpumalanga province. You will play a key role in the successful completion of vital infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, including earthworks, paving, drainage, and utility installations.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety protocols.
