Job summary

EnableSA Recruitment is seeking two experienced Site Foremen to join the Graaff Reinet team. You will oversee daily site operations, supervise artisans and subcontractors, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Applicants should have Grade 12 with a construction-related qualification, at least 5 years in construction, and 2 years in a foreman role, plus a valid driver''s license.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with construction-related certification.
• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry.
• At least 2 years in a Foreman or Supervisory role.
• Experience managing site labour and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities.
• Supervise artisans, labourers, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
• Allocate work tasks and monitor progress against project schedules.
• Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate site resources, equipment, and labour to achieve milestones.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports and records.
