Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen.

Responsibilities

• Organize meetings, take notes and track action items.
• Gather and organize project data (tasks, timelines, budgets).
• Prepare simple reports/dashboards for the team.
• Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
• Draft emails, updates, and presentations.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle logistics.
• Organize files and maintain project records.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
