Job summary

Time Personnel in Germiston is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Team Leader to own key account projects from planning to completion. The role requires strong leadership, construction/production background, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders on-site.

You will liaise directly with clients, attend site meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Formal qualification in Project Management/Construction/Operations is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous project management experience is essential.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and liaising with clients is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key account projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate workflows within the project team.
• Synchronise project timelines with Production and Rigging managers.
• Coordinate site activities with clients and attend client/site meetings.
• Liaise with clients and provide day-to-day project communication.
• Monitor progress, deadlines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve project issues and delays to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all project information and changes are communicated to relevant teams.
• Deliver projects efficiently, on time, and to client requirements.
