Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Construction Planner for projects in Randburg. You will develop, maintain and optimize schedules, ensure resource allocation and timely completion, and work with PMs, site teams and stakeholders to create achievable plans.

The ideal candidate has strong scheduling software skills, solid understanding of sequencing, and the ability to mitigate delays, with experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and integrated project schedules using planning software (e.g., P6, MS Project).
• Monitor schedule progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present schedule updates to management and clients.
