Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Finance & HR Administrator to join our team. The role covers the full accounting function up to Trial Balance and supports HR operations and payroll processes in a dynamic environment.

You will handle banking, audits, onboarding, disciplinary matters, appraisals, and BBBEE compliance while providing ongoing support to management and staff. This position demands attention to detail and integrity.

Qualifications

• Finance degree completed or approved.
• 4-5 years in full accounting function.
• Basic HR function exposure.
• Engineering or construction industry experience only will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Full accounting function up to Trial Balance.
• Perform reconciliations and financial checks.
• Assist with external audits.
• Manage banking functions.
• Manage the full HR administration process.
• Source and onboard new employees.
• Manage disciplinary processes, training, resignations and retirements.
• Coordinate performance appraisals.
• Provide HR support to employees and management.
• Process monthly payroll and payroll reconciliations.
• Escalate HR queries to the Group HR Officer.
• Manage BBBEE processes and scorecard requirements.
• Handle general office administration, including petty cash and travel arrangements.
• Provide financial and company information required for tenders.
• Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager.
