Part of nGAGE Talent Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects in Limpopo, South Africa. You will oversee all construction activities from site establishment through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

• Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10 to 15 years' Construction Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience managing EPC construction activities on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV construction methodologies.
• Experience with substations, electrical infrastructure and grid integration.
• Professional registration through SACPCMP or PMP certification required.
• Strong leadership, contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Permanent residents and South African citizens will be considered.
