Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of residential building methods, materials, and construction codes.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
