Responsibilities

• Ensure that all construction work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.
• Manage the allocation of tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and adherence to building codes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite, enforcing safety regulations at all times.
• Oversee the delivery and storage of construction materials and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the Site Manager or Project Manager regarding progress, issues, and resource needs.
• Operate hand and power tools and other construction equipment safely.
• Train and mentor junior team members on site.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
