About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and supervise work crews on various construction projects in Upington, Northern Cape . The Foreman is responsible for the daily coordination of site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. You will be directly involved in guiding skilled and unskilled labor, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction trades, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate a team. This role is critical for the successful execution of projects on the ground in the Upington, Northern Cape area. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide strong leadership and ensure the smooth operation of construction sites, contributing to the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of construction crews.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for work crews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience working in the Upington, Northern Cape region is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license.
