Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Finance Administrator for a construction-industry client in Plattekloof, Cape Town. You will manage financial transactions, prepare records, reconcile statements and assist with payroll and budgets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and at least two years of related experience, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software. BuildSmart knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 2 years in a finance role, construction sector preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy, good communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team, compliant with regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Process payroll and ensure timely wage payments
• Monitor and manage cash flow
• Assist with audits and tax preparations
• Support finance team with additional tasks as needed
