This role involves managing procurement, plant, and logistics across construction projects, aiming to improve project GP% by sourcing materials and services at competitive rates. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years' experience in construction buying, proficient in ERP systems, and possess strong negotiation skills. The position offers a chance to work with suppliers and manage logistics efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' buying/procurement experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Proven plant and logistics management background.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, plant, and equipment.
• Manage the company's owned and hired plant fleet including allocation and maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate all logistics and transport of materials and equipment.

Skills

Buying/procurement experience in construction or civil engineering
