• Material Selection: Select the best composite materials to meet performance, weight, and safety standards for various yacht components.
• Production Oversight: Manage the production process for composite parts such as hulls, decks, and superstructures, ensuring precision in molding, lamination, and curing techniques.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a skilled team of engineers, technicians, and production staff, overseeing training, task scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all composite components meet high-quality standards, conducting inspections and resolving any production issues.
• Research & Development: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to explore innovative technologies and materials for advancing yacht construction.
