Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, preferably within financial services or insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of South African insurance regulations (FAIS, FICA, POPIA).
• Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders.
