Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd seeks a Compliance Officer in Pretoria East to drive and monitor firm-wide compliance. The role requires 3+ years in a compliance environment with strong FICA, POPIA, AML knowledge and expertise in KYC and client onboarding.

Candidates should have an LLB or relevant compliance qualification; an admitted attorney is advantageous. The role covers employment compliance, data retention, records management and risk mitigation within a law-firm setting.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in a compliance environment.
• Strong knowledge of FICA, POPIA and AML.
• Excellent understanding of KYC and client onboarding compliance.
• Knowledge of employment compliance, including UIF, COIDA and related legislation.
• Strong understanding of data retention and records management.
• Experience in risk management, professional conduct and complaints compliance.

An established law firm is looking for a Compliance Officer to drive and monitor compliance across the firm.

Minimum requirements

• LLB / relevant Compliance qualification; Admitted Attorney advantageous
• 3+ years’ experience in compliance environment
• Strong knowledge of FICA, POPIA and AML
• Excellent understanding of KYC and Client Onboarding Compliance
• Knowledge of Employment Compliance, including UIF, COIDA and related legislation
