You will conduct market analysis, ensure compliance with South African legislation, and collaborate with payroll and finance to optimize remuneration, benchmark offerings, and report insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of compensation and benefits experience.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel data analysis.
• Knowledge of SA compensation laws and benefits practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation strategies (salary structures, incentives, grading).
• Administer and evaluate benefits programs (medical aid, retirement funds, insurance).
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for compensation offerings.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits legislation.
