Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Monitor well-being and report changes to the care coordinator.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Offer emotional support to clients and families.
