Job summary

Dignity Care Services is seeking Care Home Caregivers and Healthcare Assistants to support elderly, frail, disabled and special-needs clients in care homes, retirement facilities, hospices, and private residences. You will follow care plans and promote clients' dignity, independence, safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• No formal qualification required for entry-level positions.
• Previous caregiving experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and comfort.
• Follow individual care plans and facility procedures.
• Report relevant changes in clients' condition to the supervisor.
