Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, Community Development, or a related field.
• Experience in program planning and delivery, preferably in a community setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with diverse community groups.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement diverse recreational programs and events for community members.
• Supervise and lead program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
