Placements24 is seeking a Community Facilitator to drive empowerment programs in Vereeniging. You will design, deliver and manage initiatives to enhance skills, knowledge and opportunities for community members, fostering self-reliance and social inclusion.

You will lead workshops, facilitate discussions, tailor content to local needs and connect participants with resources. A hybrid work setup supports both office presence and remote duties.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and skilled Community Facilitator to drive empowerment programs in Vereeniging . This role focuses on designing, delivering, and managing initiatives aimed at enhancing community members' skills, knowledge, and opportunities. You will work directly with various community groups to foster self-reliance, social inclusion, and economic participation. This position offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to community development and to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within the Vereeniging community.
