Job summary

First Degree Recruitment seeks a Commercial / Truck Sales Manager for a dealership. You will lead the truck sales department, drive new and used truck sales, and oversee marketing, inventory, and trade-in pricing.

The role requires proven sales leadership and a track record of meeting targets in a branded dealership. Responsibilities include motivating staff, reporting to head office, and coordinating advertising and stock pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Vehicle sales manager with commercial vehicles/trucks.
• Experience with brands like UD Trucks, Scania, Isuzu Trucks, Mercedes Trucks.
• Experience in a corporate branded dealership.
• Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department.
• Valid SA driver's license and clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 or tertiary education.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and marketing of the truck department (new/used).
• Meet monthly sales targets.
