Commercial Solutions Analyst (Junior)

To contribute to the design and implementation of complex supply chain solutions, by performing allocated work within the Supply Chain environment and obtain further workplace experience through training and project exposure.

Key Performance Areas:

• Data cleaning & analysis.
• Simulation modelling, what-if modelling, and process modelling.
• Process change implementation.
• Presentation construction.
• Ad hoc analysis, queries, and business support.
• Identifying areas for improvement and support projects to delivery.
• Interaction with ops personnel, contact centre personnel, client and other 3PLs.
• Contribute to and support the Supply Chain Solutions Team.
• Execute on tasks and instructions provided within the set deadlines, illustrating an acute awareness of effectiveness and unlocking value.
• Actively collaborate and contribute to overall project and team success.
• Communicate effectively with internal team stakeholders, structuring and presenting results and feedback effectively to enable action.

Qualifications Required:

• BEng. Industrial Engineering. A master’s degree in logistics will also be considered.
• Strong academics from top-tier institution.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• Illustrate professional behaviour, high EQ and interpersonal skills.
