About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Property Manager for a fully remote position. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of commercial properties. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities from a remote location. You will ensure tenant satisfaction, optimize property performance, and maintain properties to the highest standards, working closely with maintenance staff, vendors, and leaseholders to ensure smooth operations across all managed assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, issue resolution, and ensuring lease compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects remotely.
• Develop and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue.
• Conduct regular property inspections (virtual and potentially occasional on-site) to ensure property condition and safety.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and emergency situations promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
