Placements24 is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer in Vereeniging, Gauteng, to handle commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development.

The ideal candidate will advise on property law in SA, negotiate complex deals, and manage high-volume caseloads while maintaining client relationships with diverse investors and corporate clients.

Qualifikationen

• Admitted Attorney with and minimum of 6 years focused on commercial property law.
• Proven drafting and negotiating commercial leases and sale agreements.
• Strong understanding of conveyancing and property registration procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and client management skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating sale agreements and leases.
• Provide expert legal advice on property development, zoning and land use matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Conduct title searches and advise on ownership and encumbrances.
• Manage registration of transfers, bonds and other property-related documents.
• Advise on sectional title schemes, HOA and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and regulations.
• Liaise with estate agents, bond originators and other property professionals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Assist in resolution of property-related disputes and litigation.
