• Customer liaison, maintain customer relations and perform key account management function, incl. addressing & resolving key customer & supplier issues
• Manage month-end financial process (Sales, Stock, Expenses for Management accounts)
• Management account analysis and reporting (Sales, GP, Expenses) & covering corporate compliance requirements (PACI / ABCP / COCE)
• Manage Debtors/Creditors (working capital control)
• Manage departments’ annual budget process, through to completion and approval
• Assist to make sales, procurement and new business strategy formulation and the implementation thereof
• Management of sales / procurement staff (Key Performance Areas with Career Development Plans)
