Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Trader in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, to join a client in the agricultural sector. The role offers a monthly CTC of R 48 500 – R 55 000 and requires knowledge of fruit export processes, containerised sea freight, and international trade requirements.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in fruit export or commercial trading, strong data/reporting skills in Excel, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Commerce or related field would be beneficial
• 4 years’ experience within the fruit export or commercial trading industry
• Previous experience with containerised sea freight, with a strong understanding of fresh fruit export processes and international trade requirements
• Experience working with citrus, grapes, apples and pears will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to accurately manage data, pricing and reports
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally
